1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 onions, chopped
1 kg minced beef
2 x 400g tomato puree
1 cup beef stock
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1: Heat a deep frying pan over high heat, add the oil, garlic and onion and cook for 3 minutes or until just soft.
2: Add the mince and cook, stirring, till brown then add tomato puree and stock and simmer for 15 minutes or until thick.
3: Stir through the parsley, salt and pepper and serve over spaghetti or use as the sauce in a lasagna.
